Recent changes have made this app frustrating. I get signed out without warning and then cannot get back in—my login works on desktop but fails on mobile. Live stats on open bets are hit or miss too. When it runs well it is still a strong sports betting app with regular promos and boosts, but stability has clearly dropped.

The app is fine in general, but odds feel weaker than they used to be. During big matches it is tough to log in or place a bet—there never seem to be enough servers for peak demand, which is odd for a platform focused on in-play wagering. Fingerprint login is unreliable too; one failed scan forces a password prompt, and after a couple of tries you get locked out. Awkward when you just want a quick bet away from home.

The updated football form guide is confusing because of the color scheme. Wins, losses and draws should be easy to spot with green, red and yellow markers. White lettering on a yellow background in the league table is especially hard to read. A simpler, clearer layout would make checking recent form much easier.

Login is a mess. I sign in successfully, then the app acts like I am logged out, asks for biometrics, accepts them, and still signs me out again. Saved passwords work one moment and fail the next. Even after getting in, it prompts for biometrics again and drops the session. On top of that, the app is painfully slow with long freezes. Great betting platform ruined by one of the worst mobile experiences I have used.

Easily the most unreliable betting app I have tried, and one of the buggiest apps overall. It freezes constantly, shows an offline warning even when my connection is fine, and the only fix is restarting the phone. I also have to sign in again and again, and correct login details are often rejected until I reboot. I am seriously thinking of moving my account elsewhere.

The app has become almost unusable. It never remembers me, so I need a full login every time. It says the password is wrong when it is not, and I usually get in only after closing and reopening several times. The passcode shortcut I relied on is broken too. I force-stopped, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled—nothing helped. For a major betting brand, a stable app should not be this hard to deliver.

Painfully slow from the moment you open it — endless loading spinners while it checks everything in the background. The tablet version is barely faster. Odds shift constantly, so bets slip away before you can confirm them, and prices sometimes vanish mid-build, which is especially frustrating on accumulators. Rival apps feel much snappier. It keeps getting slower, not better.

Live match feeds are just as bad — most leagues lock up within seconds, and only one stream seems to stay stable.
